Game Recap

Under threatening skies down at Battle Creek, Forest Hills Rugby chalked up their second win against a spirited opposition who contested the whole game. Forest Hills weathering some concerted attacks in the first half, changed up a gear in the second half and applied constant pressure on Marshall. The scoring started with a well executed chip by fly-half Sari Muallem to the waiting outside centre Harrison Engler who took it in under the posts. The game settled into the forwards pounding forward, tying in the defense before the ball was sent out to the backs. Not to be outdone No.8 Alec Elzinga scooped up the ball from the back of a driving scrum on the 50m line, ran past the opposition flanker and took the ball in for another convincing try.
A great game played with true rugby spirit, thanks goes to Marshall for hosting.
