Game Recap

Timely hitting and clutch defense was the recipe for success as Forest Hills Central extended their winning streak to eight games with a 7-5 extra inning win over the Falcons of West Catholic. Ericka Peters drove in two runs with a single in the 1st inning and Maddy Noom won it with a clutch two out single that drove in two huge runs in the top of the 8th inning that pushed the Rangers past the Falcons. Sandwiched in between the 1st & 8th inning run producing singles was outstanding defensive plays by Sydney Reynolds, Hannah Gavle, Molly Donovan & Zoe Guikema. The Rangers now prepare to take on the Yellow Jackets of Greenville in a double header on Wednesday, May 25th.
