In December of 2010 Mondy was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct for attacks of two female students at school . In July he pled guilty to assault and battery. On August 22nd he was ordered by the Kent County Court, Judge Carpenter, to attend the Adolescent Sex Offender Treatment Program, was made a ward of the court and was ordered to have no contact with his victims. The sex offender counseling may take up to a year for completion depending on how willing he is to accept responsibility for his crime.
