The Lady Rangers kept their conference record perfect (4-0; 4-3 overall) with a victory over cross pool rival Forest Hills Northern-Eastern. The Rangers were led by a series of freshman and sophomores as they dominated the meet. The highlight of the meet came from Soph. Maggie Zorn who placed 1st in the 50 yd. Freestyle but did it in a MISCA meet qualifying time of :26. 42.
Sophomore Hailee Sincerbeaux captured the 200 yd. title in a time of 2:11.57 and while sophomore classmate Sarah Schenck touched 1st in the 200 yd. Individual Medley (2:19. 46).
In the diving event, the Lady Rangers went 2-3-4 with Anna Hansen placing 2nd, Colleen Kramer 3rd and Nicole Carlson in 4th.
Senior Molly Weiblen placed 1st in the 100 yd. Butterfly with a personal best time of 1:05. 25. The underclassman took over the meet again with Freshman Emily Johnson taking top honors in the 100 yd. Freestyle (:58.35) and Hailee Sincerbeaux captured another top place by winning the 500 yd. Freestyle (5:43.78). Sophomore Kaylyn Whitten touched the wall in a time of 1:18.49 for another victory.
The Lady Rangers will host Catholic Central at the Community & Aquatic Center next Tuesday. Meet starts at 6:30 pm.
